About NZBA Founder

During my MBA studies, I had to find a solution to a neglected world problem. As a migrant, I recognised that many migrants struggle on arrival, which is why I have worked to empower them. We now have a diverse group of volunteers collaborating to achieve this goal. We enable migrants and refugees to connect to resources and networks of support.

Each one should be able to develop confidence and self-sufficiency, including owning businesses and attaining positive employment outcomes, no matter where they are from. We have initiated numerous support programs, projects, and services including the Migrant Mentoring Program, the Legal Advice Clinic, Business & Employment Support Services.

Our Mentoring Program was selected by the Equal Employment Opportunities Trust for their Diversity Awards, which recognises organisations that help to promote harmonious relations and diversity within New Zealand.

NZBA is now accredited with consultative status with the United Nations Economic and Social Council to advocate for its various causes at an international level.

As an entrepreneur, I can influence and shape the livelihoods of people, inspire, motivate and assist them to reach their potential. It is a responsibility to my community, to my country and to the world.
